actually something like that occurred about 15 years ago in a sexual
harassment suit  involving the head of a major software company and his
email account. The primary evidence against him were one or more emails sent
to the plaintiff. The defendant was able to prove that he could not have
sent the emails in question because he did not have access to his account at
the time the emails were sent.
