Peter, we do have the team of people you mentioned.  For the initial archiving 
of emails we plan to have 3 main categories,  Official records (these will need 
to have metadata and retention rules applied to the email), Working (these are 
active records that will not have retention rules and security applied until a 
later date).  The final category is Purge (these are junk emails that can be 
destroyed immediately).

With the Official Records category, what do people do.  Do you use the bucket 
retention.  How do you apply metadata, is it high level category metadata or 
would it be customized per LOB?
