I have been reading this Listserv since the 1990's but I have never
posted any comments or introduced myself so I guess I am overdue.  My
name is Steven Effinger and I have worked for Virginia state government
in Records Management support positions since 1984. I am currently
employed as a Senior Records Analyst for the Virginia Department of
Transportation.   Some of you I know.  Hello Bruce White, CRM!  (A
former boss) Hello Peter Kurilecz, CRM!  (He used to work with a group
who did some RM work for my agency).  Hello John Breeden, CRM!  (My
current boss)  I have always enjoyed reading the questions and answers
that are posted here.   Many of you are familiar to me in name only but
have been incredibly good teachers.  I look up to many of you and find
this resource to be invaluable, even if I never ask a question or post a
comment.
