Manages the overall design and implementation of a corporate-wide records
management program to ensure organization is effectively managing its record
systems to be consistent with legal/regulatory requirements and corporate
policies. Position will develop and oversee a program for monitoring and
auditing records management practices along with developing and implementing
records management training. This position will serve as Company’s
spokesperson to represent the Company in legal proceedings regarding the
Company’s records management practices and policies.
