We do not apply RR to shared drives. Office records or key corporate records are in Documentum

See below in CAPS.  I am in the process of reorganizing the shared drives and move key corporate records to Documentum, while minimizing the use of sharepoint...huge task for us...Are you in the process of restructuring your shared drives as well?

How do you apply Records Retention schedules to documents stored on the shared drives that (according to SARBOX) should be tracked as official records ?
