Reporting to the Director of Records & Information Management, the E-Records
Strategies Program Manager (ESPM) is an enterprise-wide position that is
directly responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive
the optimal capture, delivery, use, retention and disposition of Coca-Cola
Enterprises information as records in electronic format.​ The ESPM analyzes
business processes associated with the management of electronic information
as records across the records management lifecycle (cradle to grave) and
recommends changes to client';s business processes that meet emerging
business needs and satisfy compliance.
