Julie said: We have one record type which is produced on thermal paper
which I'm told cannot be scanned.
I'm not certain why it could not be scanned? Were there reasons
given....like non standard paper sizes or potential damage to the image
from a light source? Thermal paper tends to be very thin and flimsy and
may not pass through a document feeder....but it could be placed on the
glass. That's a painful process, but achievable.
