Hi everyone,
As I just caught up with Peter's welcome reminder I'm a bit late sending this out:
By way of introduction I am an IT/IM professional who has been in the records and information management profession for about three years. I originally started working for the Province of Alberta managing and analyzing collective agreements, and have since moved on to acting as an IM Functional Specialist for the Government of Canada. I am constantly amazed at the depth of knowledge out there related to records management issues and am still trying to wrap my head around how to integrate the wealth of knowledge out there into our current systems design and implementation. I'll look forward to contributing to the discussions here whenever I can.
I am particularly interested in connecting with anyone currently using or planning to use SharePoint 2010 as an ECM solution or from anyone who has dealt with change management related to transitioning to an electronic records system.
