Perhaps iConference could consider the option of adding a "virtual conference" venue, similar to what LegalTech has been doing quarterly (and what IBM is launching later in August for its "Virtual ECM UserNet" conference. Virutal conference platforms enable both lecture-based as well as collaborative, panel-style sessions, can be kicked off by "live" sessions with pre-recorded follow-on break-outs, and feature exhibitors via a "virtual booth" where they can showcase pre-recorded demos, webcasts, collateral, etc.
ARMA has a strong history of bringing high value sessions from its annual conference to its monthly web seminars, but those high value sessions could also be featured quarterly in a virtual conference setting with exhibitors.
