Archiving goes beyond Franklin County's 1st plan
The greatest costs associated with preserving thousands of old county
records were one-time, up-front costs, according to County Administrator
John Hart, who says the operational costs for the effort will be "relatively
negligible."
The annual salaries for the records management office's three full-time
employees will be about $90,000 total, and operational costs will run around
$1,500 annually.
