No one sent us to the conference, we took advantage of the opportunity and cleared it with ARMA first - on our own "dime".  If ARMA's conference had taken place during the public review period, we would have attempted to do the same at the ARMA conference. The publication was already out for public review on the ARMA website. The issue may be the lack of the use of social media tools to notify ARMA membership, but our presentation at SAA is separate from the methods used to inform membership of the public document.
