In the time it took me to read through all of this at my desk at work,
my hip buzzed with a notification from ARMA International on my
personal BlackBerry Storm 2. I see that, (though after the fact that
has been raised) ARMA has responded and now has blast the
broadcast (though later than desired) on the Facebook account I
follow. I wish I could paste the link, but I am not allowed to access
the "social media" (tongue in cheek at PAK) sites on my workstation.

My personal observations are that 1) the point raised is a valid one, 2)
the message has been heard, 3) this has served as a good example
moving forward, and 4) the response was pretty nimble.

These are my thoughts as a user of listserv and in my professional
capacity and not those of any organization, entity, group or affiliation.

Thanks to all for the insights shared on this thread. ;-)
