I would like to revise my question a bit from a few weeks ago. 

 

I am aware that, as records managers, we do have to dig up past versions
of policy and records schedules to produce during litigation.  However,
are any of you asked by counsel to only produce a section of your
current records retention schedule (i.e. you request only portions of
the schedule that are relevant to the interrogatories)?  Hopefully this
is more clear.  Thanks.
