Opportunity Description:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to elicit responses from qualified 
and experienced consultants in the Records Management profession to assist 
the Records and Information Management department at the SAIT Polytechnic 
Campus. 
The intent of this RFP is to assess proponent’s experiences, qualifications and 
performance in Records Management. The successful proponent is to develop 
a corporate record classification and retention schedule, to promote the 
orderly control, creation, use, storage, retention, archiving, and other 
disposition of records related to the operation at SAIT. Responses should 
demonstrate knowledge related to developing record programs capable of 
supporting legal obligations, business functions and activities for as long as 
the records are required. 
Responses to this RFP should highlight the Proponents' abilities and proven 
track record in providing these services. The detailed information required by 
SAIT Polytechnic to make this assessment will be based on the overview of 
your capabilities and areas of expertise as well as a company profile.
