Does anyone have experience using TRAKiT - a system for tracking planning applications, permits etc?
http://www.crw.com/
The system allows the attachment of documents and emails to database records, and I'm wondering if you find the records/document management capabilities to be robust?
For example: setting user permissions; audit trail data; capacity and reliability of database with various file formats and sizes; ability to get data and images out of the system come time for upgrade or migration. Does it need to be integrated with a dedicated ERM/ECM behind-the-scenes?
The documents have very long retention periods, to managing disposition is not a high concern - apart from preventing unauthorised deletion.
Grateful for any thoughts or comments you may be able to provide, off-list.
Kind regards
Sonya
