Social networks are being used at my facility. It is controlled by the Public Affairs office. Although the issue of managing the information (incoming and outgoing), as records has been addressed, it seems to fall on deaf ears.

This request is directed to those Records Managers who are in the Federal sector:

Are social networks/IM being used in your facilities

How are you managing the potential record output from these systems?

Thanks for your help.
