Our firm has an office in China, and we wall off from that office all
matters that might (meaning there's even a remote possibility) deal with
US Government contracts and/or US patents/trademarks. It's a "broad
brush" approach, but we can't do detailed evaluations of every matter,
so choose to err on the side of being overly conservative.
Ivana, you didn't describe what you mean by "Chinese wall". Does your
firm have an office in China?
