Mock Legal Proceeding
The focus for our Spring Seminar this year is to understand the role of
Records Management and the legal hold in the different phases of litigation.
Following an introductory session, participants will track a mock legal
proceeding through various stages to see how information management
affects electronic discovery and its role in litigation.
You will hear depositions of Records Managers and IT professionals
You will view a hearing on E-Discovery dispute
You will be provided with takeaways from the proceedings and we'll discuss
what steps you need to take NOW in your organization.
Kelly Twigger, Esq. is the founder and owner of ESI Attorneys, a law firm that
advises its clients on e-discovery, compliance and information management.
Kelly is a also nationally recognized speaker and blogger on e-discovery, data
mapping and information management issues and a guest lecturer at
Marquette University Law School.
