I started out with an Access database at one of my employers and used it
for a couple of years in order test how my business processes were going
to work. When I shopped for a physical records management system, I
also wrote out the requirements for my enterprise content management
system. I selected the system that would ultimately meet all of my
needs, even though Phase I was just the physical records management
piece. They imported my information from the access database very
easily, so I didn't end up re-indexing anything!

Please feel free to contact me offline if you want to talk.

Warmest regards,

Angie Fares
