So far all the responses have been in favor of hiring an ERA-type position.
The few responses I received offline noted the depth of the project and the
need to have someone intimately involved in its workings. It was also noted
that an ERMS is a long-term project that will take years, not months.

Is there anyone out there who thinks I would regret hiring for this position
in 2-3 years?
