but one must be careful  when it comes to designing a file naming
convention. I posted this article yesterday and the key takeaway for me was
that the individual was able to glean critical information just from the
file name itself without ever opening the file http://bit.ly/iiGYzq. He
realized that if he opened the files he would leave an audit trail but using
the search capabilities of the system did not leave any tracks back to him
but the file names revealed the info he needed.
