Hello Todd There are of course several companies that offer alternative software (go with another vendor) but others are writing supplemental software ie GimmalSoft (Houston) that covers the records aspect of SharePoint and complements them.  I am sure others will suggest more.  I would be more inclined to find a partner for SharePoint and work it from that angle. RobertDr. Robert L. Baileuy, CRM, MIT
