Hi All,

We are reviewing our retention policy for graduate student comprehensive exams (exams that a PhD student would take in order to become a doctoral candidate, etc).  I am curious to see if any of the other higher-ed RM folks have retention policies that cover these comprehensive exams.   Anyone care to share what they are doing with these?  I am specifically interested in 1) how long you retain them and 2) which office or department is responsible for retaining the record(s).
