Technical Information Analyst - Washington Metro Area
TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a Technical Information Analyst position for their client in the Washington, DC area.  The Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining training outlines for staff, as well as internal and external clients; writing and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines; and providing support for the implementation of Documentum, including assessment, planning, and task support.  Qualified candidates will have completed college level coursework and/or equivalent professional office training, a minimum of 4 years of experience in document control or recordkeeping, and familiarity with records/document management applications or databases.
