Ginny,
Yes, I recommended Emergency Management for Records and Information Programs, 2nd Ed. to my CRM Study Group. In an easy-to-read style, the book offers sections on loss prevention and risk planning and management, vital records programs, and emergency response procedures. It is a necessity for my Records and Information Management Bookshelf. I recently changed jobs, and it was among my first new purchases.
