It is, George, but only applied on the personal level to records that do not
requiring sharing within a work group. There is no right or wrong way to
classify information - my suggestions from Meadke et al only provide
guidance on how such a system would be consistent and more useful in a
manner that is simple to grasp. As Carol pointed out in her kind correction
of my usual confusion, the more one shares in a work group, the more we have
to agree on terms (although one can augment such efforts with personal
additions), which implies a "right way" of doing things.
