I would say that NONE of the applications you've described is designed for storage of permanent digital records.
You may want to investigate the applications which ARE designed for this purpose, such as Fedora and DSpace (see http://www.duraspace.org/).
Both are Open Source, but with large support communities. Both comply with the OAIS Reference Model (ISO 14721:2003 "Space data and information transfer systems -- Open archival information system -- Reference model").
Generally speaking, DSpace is a turnkey solution, while Fedora requires you to build a front end.
