I think none of the courses mentioned goes into as much detail as Essentials of RIM

Although it's not an online course, I recommend William Saffady's Records and Information Management Fundamentals of Professional  Practice, 2nd ed. (which comes with above Essentials of RIM online course) and the RIM 101 web page resource at ARMA

If your client cannot attend Mark Langemo's excellent ARMA Conference Intro to Records and Information Management, he also offers a CD-ROM learning module called "Establishing and Managing Successful Records Management Programs" through ARMA's bookstore.
