Archive fee will preserve historic records
Commissioners last week gave County Clerk Dianne Norris authorization to
collect a five dollar Record Management and Archives Fund fee which will be
used to preserve and restore county documents.

Norris brought three old record books to the county courtroom to show
commissioners the kind of records that the fee can be used for. As history
sources, these are “unbelievable”, said Norris.
