OUCH yes, WRONG no!
As records manager's part of our job is to manage costs and get the best
for our organization. Sometimes we need to play "hard ball" with our
vendors who will bring in costs that we do not like. It is our job to
repudiate these charges.

If you are fine with the fees as listed Silvia Banderas then your not
managing your costs, which is likely part of your job description.
