Is there anyone using an ERM system to destroy their records? If so how do
you manage this?

Do you use a workflow to gather approvals for destruction? If so how do you
associate the batch of records you destroyed to the correct approvals?

Do you retain metadata after the destruction? If you don't retain metadata
have you ever had an instance where users were searching for a destroyed
record? What did you do? If you do retain metadata do you keep it
permanently or can you systematically apply a retention to the metadata?

How do you do quality assurance to ensure the correct batch of records were
destroyed?
