Pat, AIIM has a Electronic Records Management training and certification program.  I have not taken it, but have heard from those that have that it is very good.  http://www.aiim.org/Training/ERM-Electronic-Records-Management-Course

Subject: Records Managers value/possess what certifications besides CRM and CA?

This is just a quick, informal survey.  In addition to the Certified Record Manager and Certified Archivist designations, what other professional certifications are valuable to a records professional. I'm talking about certification administered by a certifying body, e.g., the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation certified by the Project Management Institute, and not a certificate of completion of specific courses.  Thanks!
