production format, it must specify the form it will produce the electronic
data or documents in as Ford did in this case. Where the requesting party
does not agree with that format, it should object and bring the issue to
the court’s attention where the parties cannot reach agreement of the
format of production. The *Edgewood Properties* decision demonstrates that
objections must be timely made, and that the dispute must be promptly
