Interesting that all the data will be deleted. Could this be classified as spoilage by the US Government, as they are deleting all the evidence? If the deletion goes ahead, how are they going to prove the cases of 'online piracy' and the defendants having the opportunity to defend themselves? But more of a concern are the people who have used to service to legitimately store personal and business data on the servers, who may now loss there data. I have been asking the question in the past regarding online backups that if the company storing the data goes out of existience, then who will end up owning the data? Just my thoughts.....
