Hello to everyone,
"System of engagement" is the new terminology for defining the business
application of social technologies. In my organization we are in a
discussion about revising our information framework. There is a need for
integrating the social business in the organization. Does anyone have
been involved in implementing social business technology or in such
discussion.
Do we need to archive/manage those contents? if so do we integrate them in
our RIM system or is it considered as separate. I red the following
publication and many others, what I am looking for is personal experience
