Job Description - Supv Records Management (ATM18961)

1. Supervise the integration or the transfer of records and information for
internal reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions or divestitures.

2. Work with user departments on special information research and retrieval
projects to ensure that all information needs are met.

3. Create, maintains and implement records retention policies, procedure,
and schedules.

4. Assist in the identification and designation of vital records.  Evaluate
proper methods of protection for vital records and make recommendations on
media, rotation, dispersal, and related procedures.

5. Supervise security and protection of Company information assets in
archival storage facilities.  Develop an organizational policy and practice
for the collection and preservation of archival records.

6. Conduct regular review and assessment of the Records Management
Program.  Performs audits for organizational compliance on a regular basis.

7. Assist with implementing, managing, and testing the business continuity
plan to protect the Company�s vital records and information assets.

8. Collaborate with legal counsel and/or risk management to implement the
legal hold process and manage record retention and destruction.

9. Manage privacy and proprietary information control and breach
notification process.

10. Has budgeting and time management oversight responsibilities and is
involved with staff training, evaluation, and development.
