Wyo. Senate rolls back public records restriction The Wyoming Senate on Wednesday rejected a push to restrict public access to information from state agencies and local governments. The Senate stripped off an amendment that Sen. Bruce Burns, R-Sheridan, had sponsored on a bill originally intended to refine definitions in the state's public records law.
