out how to manage the destruction of large volumes of electronic
records,
track signatures of approval and "Certificates of Destruction"?
Similar to paper. Our Notes database mirrored the metadata of our
content management system (CMS). We would simply print out a record of
destruction, have it signed by the owner and as the records manager, I
would go into the CMS and destroy the record. The metadata of
destruction would be captured by the CMS and Notes captured the metadata
as well.
