Was wondering what companies are doing with their competitive intelligence 
resource collections (i.e., product samples, starter kits, tapes, books, 
videos, brochures, etc.)? How long are you keeping them? Do you have them 
in a "library" type setting or stored away in a record center or just in 
an office some place? Are you keeping them in the original format or 
trying to get what you can electronically?
