Records Supervisor - Dallas, Texas
TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a Records Supervisor for their client in Dallas, Texas. The Records Supervisor will be responsible for creating, maintaining and implementing records retention policies, procedures, and schedules, supervising the integration or the transfer of records and information for internal reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions or divestitures, performing audits for organizational compliance on a regular basis, and assisting with implementing, managing, and testing the business continuity plan to protect the Company's vital records and information assets. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree with specialized course work in records management, business law, business management or computer technology, four years experience in records management, two year of supervisory experience, and intermediate knowledge of various software applications and computer skills to create standardized documents, reports, or graphics. Knowledge of ISO 15489 and Certified Records Manager certification preferred. This position offers a very generous compensation package.
