Toronto News: Toronto judge blasts Ontario’s ‘antiquated’ court filing system

An exasperated Toronto judge mocked and vilified the “antiquated,
wholly inadequate” Ontario courts filing system in a blunt decision
that invoked sunny, mellow days, paper-strewn corridors and a latte at
Starbucks.

The Ministry of the Attorney General says it is planning an improved
system, but the judge says the current one should be “subject to
relentless criticism until it is discarded.”
