I am working on a Social Media Policy for our city government, and I am
wondering if there are any suggestions on the best way to capture social media
posts and pages. I have read a lot of social media policies that require social
media posts to be retained, but haven't seen anything that explains the best way
to do that. Right now we are just worried about Facebook, but I'm sure in the
future some departments will want Twitter accounts, etc.

Is "print and save" the best option? Any help would be appreciated.
