WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

REGISTRATION FOR THE JOB SEARCH WORKSHOP CLOSES THIS FRIDAY APRIL 13!

Have you signed up for the SLA Maryland Chapter's Job Search Workshop yet? In addition to the workshop's interactive resume writing and personal branding features, we will have a great panel on hand to answer questions about what library hiring managers look for in prospective candidates!

Our panelists include:

* Susan Fingerman, Retired from the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory and a current part-time online librarian for American Public University

* James Kelly, Assistant Director for Public Services, Carroll County Public Library; President, Library Management Division of the Maryland Library Association

* Rene Stein, Museum Librarian, National Cryptologic Museum Library

The "insider" information that you will learn from this dynamic and experienced group of panelists will help to give you the edge that you need to nail the interview, communicate with potential employers, and get the library job that you want!

For information about workshop activities throughout the day and to register, please visit: http://maryland.sla.org/jobsearch/

NO registrations will be accepted after the April 13 deadline, so be sure to sign up today!
