Hi Todd, 

The NYC Metro Chapter has an annual "all-day educational event" (this year, it cost $145), to which I sent one of my staff. It was VERY helpful and, for that kind of money, VERY cost-effective. You might check the Louisville Chapter of ARMA (or one in a reasonable distance--you’re in Owensboro, KY, correct?) to see if they've got one of these.

Over the years, I've built up a "digital library" of publications which I use to help educate my staff (and others).

In addition, whenever I see a RAIN posting by Peter K (or others) that I think has value for my staff, I circulate it to everyone.
