Project management training may be helpful, although if you've selected this individual to become an analyst she may already have that background. Business writing could be another area to focus. Personally I found tech writing useful as well.

I think Jesse provided a solid list of books. I'd add:
Records & Information Management - Saffady
Information & Image Management - Rick. Swafford & Gow (yes it's an old textbook, but there's some great background here)
How to Develop a Retenion Schedule - Montana 
 
Is she an ARMA member? So many good webinars available.
