I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I have reached out to ARMA about a few specific questions and I reviewed the material online. Ultimately, knowing there are two Packages, the Basic which provideds for 1-5 respondents and the Premium which provides for an unlimited number of respondents, I guess the thing I am having difficulty with is what is the best practice for administering the Assessment. Does the Assessment start with someone in my role as the Records Manager and then where does it go from there? Would I select specific high profile departments like HR, Accounting, and Finance to participate and then the resuts are summarized? Does ARMA have any recommendations for how best to administer the Assessment?
Lastly, for companies with international operations, would the Assessment work just as well for locations outside of the United States?
