"I am becoming increasingly disheartened by the lack of professionalism in the replies on this listserv.  Most of the comments are pithy and shed no positive light on the profession.  Yes humour is okay for a while but.."

I thought many of the responses contained valid and valuable insight.

As for Mr. Flynn, Errol he is not.  However, if you have ever met Chris before, and many of us have(reluctantly), you have to understand this is who he is.  As a matter of fact, I feel like he has been holding back lately.  This may be his "bursting forth" as a result.

Remember too, it is Friday and as many organizations wear casual clothes today, the Listserv is no exception with more casual responses as everyone readies for the weekend.
