Dear All,
Respectfully, 100 questions?
I had to create a GARP departmental/workgroup assessment and got it down to
about 15 questions. Besides being very busy, most employees are terrified
when the records consultant is engaged because something has clearly gone
terribly wrong. The corporate culture must change. That change must be slow,
particularly for a transnational company and can take years. Under these
circumstances, there is plenty of time to get down into the weeds with more
questions later.
The 100-question assessment might be helpful for the records manager to take
to decide what to do when something hasn't gone terribly wrong.
Best wishes,
Carol
