Corporate Records Management Analyst
New Jersey - right outside of NYC


TRAK Records and Library is partnering with a large corporation in the recruitment of a Records Management Analyst.  This open position will be a solo position in this New Jersey office with the intention of growing the staff to many more records management professionals in the near future.  It's a great growth opportunity for the right person!  This position is responsible for all records management functions in this location.



Their records management department is cutting edge, working with 80% electronic and 20% physical files.   This company has projects located in places like the Netherlands, London, Sweden, and many more!  Opportunities for travel are there in this position. The company uses Documentum and would prefer someone with that experience electronic records required.  The hiring committee is open to candidates with law firm records management experience, but corporate experience is ideal.  This position offers a very generous base salary with a bonus package!  Candidates currently in a Records Supervisor or Manager position are encouraged to apply!
