Thanks for the links to the research. As someone who is tied to billable
hours I can attest to the fact that one can not multi-task and accurate
bill customers for my time. I use a tool (developed inhouse) that allows me
to track how my time is spent it will allow me to click on only one task at
a time.

got a chuckle out of this, as years ago I told my then wife "if you want to
make sure i'm listening to you have to look me in the eyes" that meant I
was paying attention
